Army Public School Peshawar Attack, 16 December, 2014
Today is the day of darkness, if I say
it’s not even day because day means lightning things and showing the way. Light
has been stopped, rays blocked and even finished. Well it was a 24 hours night
in real sense. My Peshawar has burned by terrorist and I was unable to do
anything for which I found myself the weakest person on this planet. My Heart
is crying, my soul is burning & my mind is not working properly, therefore
it may be impossible for me to find the right words to write my feelings. The was
16 December, 2014 morning, same sun rising from same side, same office timing,
same morning shows on the TV, same all over Pakistan but this was not the same
day for ARMY Public school Peshawar. This cruel day was waiting to kill many
children’s and the light spreader teachers. No one knew what is going to happen
on this DARK day, all the children were preparing for school, again same
timing, same lunch box which was supposed to be eaten by them but the time
didn’t allow them to do so, carrying my words the same morning assembly which
they didn’t know going to be the last gathering of their life, further to this,
same smile, same words, same 1st class period for everyone but they
didn’t knew that some people are on their way to kill them and take the life
out of their body for no reason. For me it was the same day as well, I was at
office in my routine work suddenly I heard the news of School is attacked by
terrorist in Peshawar. Further listening to the news I came to know many school
children are killed brutally & this was Army public School Peshawar.Well as
I am an activist & I motivated many people around the country but now at
this point of time I need huge motivation to wrote these words, I don’t know
why but my hands are crumbling while writing these words and my mind is not
supporting my hand this is something which people say you get mentally paralyze
“SAKTA”.
Well back to my words when I first
hear the news by one of my office colleague it was a normal news at that point
of time as you know we Pakistanis are used to such breaking news which is very
sad I know, but the matter of fact is that’s how we are. After few hours I came
to know about the whole story which was “30 – 40 killed” at that point of time
which really caught my attention I ran after the news on my friend's laptop when
I turned on Tv channel they were showing the horrible seen. This was something
I never saw in my life, I am that unlucky guy who saw coverage of PC Peshawar
attack, FIA building Lahore, Marriott Peshawar, Air port incident Peshawar and
Karachi and Mehran base attack but it was very painful for more because their
target were the children’s, flowers, future of our nation, who didn’t knew who
were they? Why they got attacked? I am sure that they didn’t even knew about
terrorism, Bomb blast, they also didn’t knew about Sunni, Shia and any other
sect, Not event about America, Raw, TTP, DAESH or any other network. They were
the people who only know that 7 periods which they have to take on that day as their
routine, the lunch box menu, Break timing, morning cartoon show and the off
timing activities. When they were leaving I am sure their mom was like “Beta
jaldi karo dair horahe hy” (Dear do it fast you are getting late) but she didn’t
knew that she is sending her heart to death and asking him/her to be quick your
death is waiting for you. When I get back to my flat I turned on my laptop for news
when I saw the pictures they were heartbreaking they death count reached to 120
plus and when the operation ended I came to know the actual death count is 142
in which 132 were the kids students & others were staff members. Well the
actual number of death is more than 500 by local sources of mine.
This time I got badly hit by the
pictures shared on TV & Social Media. I saw children’s were lying did on
each other; the blood were all over the chairs on which they were used to set
to get educated. News said the terrorist were running after the children and
after finding them they asked them to recite the KALMA, how stupid is this, a
terrorist is asking to recite KALMA, a well plan strategy against ISLAM.
Teachers were burn in front of students. Army family related students were pin
pointed by terrorists and gun downed directly. A principle that was standing in
front of these bloody terrorist like a wall such an amazing lady she was. After
escaping from school she decided to go back to save the children and indeed she
saved them she saved the pride of being Pakistani in front of well armed
terrorists, she saved everything except her own life. Such a great battle, a mother
a teacher standing for their students by knowing that she will be killed, waoww…
I have no words to describe such patriotism. Further to my words, a kid
standing in front of well armed terrorist, a kid having just school bag in his
and terrorist with his huge Gun, a kid with scary eyes and that coward
terrorist with his Un-human act I wish he could stand in front of a Pakistani
army soldier like this. I am thinking now what would be the last thing came to
those children’s mind when that terrorist had pointed his gun towards the
children’s, I can just predict that children were crying & shouting “MAMA
and PAPA help me, bachao…” I can think when they were gun down they were laying
on floor and crying due to pain till last breath escape their lips. Oh.. Horrible.
There is a lot to share but as I said
earlier my mind is not supporting my hand so I am unable to generate that
feeling behind it. All done, the biggest school killing in the history of world
on the land of hospitality. Who did? Everybody knows about it but our so leaders
are the puppets they don’t care who lives and who dies until and unless the
issue is related to their interest and you know what this issue was not of
their interest. It recall me a quote by Shakespeare which is “never expect
anything from any one because expectation always hurts” and yes we always get
disappointed by our leaders & government. Well let’s stop blaming them
anymore, now talk about our nation what we are doing? I believe we are just
face book oriented and driven people. We are best at posting status, making
selfie and doing all the stupid stuff which a free minded nation can do best.
Great people says that don’t criticize until you are doing something about it, dear
I know this and I am here writing these words because I did play my part and
doing it right now as well, even am setting in Karachi, raising my voice and doing
the required actions along. But the problem is not with government. they will
do nothing as usual, we all are responsible for this act we are the people of
being OK with everything, you will see within 3 days these BLACK DP's will be
turned into color again, media will start their morning shows, government will
start doing their regular stuff.. NO CHANGE just me and you will be killed in DRONE
attacks Target killing and bomb blasts. Honestly speaking
that we are FB nation as I said earlier, we only know how to do Facebook
"Protest" we never took & take action, let’s really hope this
time around we take some action not just sticking to these Facebook campaigns,
yes these are important no doubt about that but what if someone is not going
beyond this? What if someone post on FB and in second minute start doing normal
stuff than it becomes only stupid words nothing else. If we want change WE NEED
TO BE ABNORMAL and MAD about it. One cannot be in normal routine who wants
change.
Dear readers it has to be enough
now because it’s been 67 years for GOD sake come alive we all are dead because
we cannot think we are not feeling it. Every such incident happened, as we are
master of condemning things, we do the same and next day everything gone. If
there will be any award of best condemnation award that will surely go to
Pakistani leaders & our nation will win the best OK people award because we
don’t give a shit to it and we don’t give a shoot to it. It’s time to wake up
& start doing something for our country and for coming generation what we
are leaving for our upcoming generation? A bomb blasted Pakistan? A Corrupt
government? From my side it’s a big No because I am ready to give 110% for my
country & nation. As a Pakistani It’s my little efforts to write my words
and sharing it with you people and also interacting with people conveying the message
to create positive minds who will one day take everything in their hand. This
is best what I can do & am doing it, the same you can do to contribute.
Further to my efforts, I decided to
dedicate CATD's upcoming event "Youth Peace Festival" to the flowers
of Army Public School & Pakistan. In the event we will highlight all the
issue related to this incident and will discuss overall peace in the country as
well. We will come with a "Resolution of PEACE" which we will be
discussing in the event with youth which is the future & parents of those
children who went to Paradise, with government. who is the responsible of every
happening & the media who is very important pillar of this country. Because
I believe doing something is far better than only condemning things and my Team
CATD is ready to mark it on for the "PAKISTAN and for APS FLOWERS".
My message for the people specially
youth is simple one, look guys you have to rise to the occasion you can change
this, you are the future and you have to handle everything. So start spreading
positive words form right now in your surroundings & everywhere. Discuss
about these issues in your class, community, home & everywhere to create
awareness about what is happening and what we have to do as nation. If not now
than remember one thing folks, mark this date and my words soon the next target
will be you or me. I am playing my part & I will do till my last breath but
I alone cannot do many things you all need to contribute your drops too. Let’s
do whatever a single Pakistani can & not wait for someone else. Please no more
protest no words No Black DP's no walk etc only and only action.
May Allah give us the
strength, wisdom and courage to do something for our people and for this
motherland PAKISATN.
