WHY GRADUATES PREFER MULTINATIONALS
My research blog is focusing on the reasons why graduates
prefer multinational followed by the research gape where young scholars like
can capitalize & crate something very fruitful for industry.
PROBLEM
Today is the world of technology, product & services
where thousands of companies working around the globe to make this world a
better place. The importance of investor in making big business empires is very
obvious but we also cannot exclude the importance of employee who is always
there to make things/plan/ideas happen. Today many companies especially
multinationals are focusing on the employee’s growth in terms of their training
& development, career growth & many motivational & compensation
plans. They do that because they know that trained and satisfied employee is
the backbone of any company. After the
induction of Human resource in 21st century’s business world employee
satisfaction & motivation level become more important which is obviously
linked with many day to day happening in organization. The establishment of
research & development (R & D) department in organizations has
strengthened this phenomenon. They have come with more updated plans like
retirement plans, health care, different loans, grooming opportunities, promotions
& other motivational plans.
Well, here talking about Pakistan, there are still many
organizations that are not updated on this matter at all. This regime in
companies is causing them big turnover of dedicated & trained employees
every year. Still the major job market of Pakistan (talking about the private
market) is immature & there is a lot to look after.
Most of graduates who want to step in the private sector
always prefer multinational for the reason that they are much professional in
taking care of all the matters mentioned above. This is an alarming sign for
all those companies who are taking this so lightly. Research has shown that good brains always go
for the longs term & career oriented companies.
RESEARCH GAP
The current available research on this aspect is on lesser
side and required more work. In Pakistan this is still an emerging phenomena
& researcher should see this side of mirror. As per my observation while
working with them and mainly due to having training experience with them, I can
say that top management is focusing on the profit more and on human side less.
Human mind is more talented then machine if it is used & catered well. The
gap is simple & a deep one and that the understanding of its importance in
between most of national level organizations. Being an emerging scholar my
focus would be to convert all the observation & experiences into numbers
& data to make it more clear through my research for the bosses who run the
show.
In brief, there is a big research gap when talking about the
graduate talking high interest in MNS’s & low interest in national
companies, here researcher can explore this areas which can lead organizations
to a new level of professionalism. The target market for this process can be
corporate, education & development sector by applying the advance research
methods.
